I have a huge appreciation for great skincare and trying to avoid the inevitable aging like so many others. I started taking serious care of my skin in my twenties. I've used so many different products, I'm lucky to even have a face left. One thing I learned during my beauty infatuated years is that less is best. I have a simple routine really, but one thing I will never stop doing is "face masks". If you find one that suits your needs, it is such a pampering and uplifting 10-20 minutes you'll enjoy this often. I have been using a different brand for some time. It was time to find a new face mask that might offer other benefits that my previous mask lacked.I came across this HOUSE OF DOHWA Rice Bran Sheets and WOW! I don't normally get too thrilled about certain products, but this one is quite amazing. This is part of K-Beauty. (Korean Beauty) and this Rice Bran face mask is nothing short of wonderful. I have sensitive skin and so I always have to verify the ingredients to ensure I won't have a bad reaction. Matter of fact, I usually will test a small amount on my wrist prior to plastering it on my face. I wait a few minutes, no reaction- I'm using it.This Rice Bran mask is gentle. These ingredients help to alleviate inflammation and soothe your face. It does so wonderfully. My first time using this I opted for 18 minutes. (Recommended 10-20). I felt no sensations that would make me run to wash it off, it was nice and relaxing. As if you went to the spa for a day. The mask has the eyes and nose & mouth cut out. So it's nearly a perfect fit for everyone. This pack has (10) which has me floored to be honest. After 18 minutes- I took the mask off. From my experience, after using a mask of such- I do not wash this off. Instead I remove the mask, and gently with clean hands massage the rest of the mask in circular motions to penetrate deeply into my skin. When I removed the mask- I was super impressed as my face looked immediately "brighter" "tighter" "less inflammation" and "evened my skin tone". Big fan of the brand and love their wash-off mask (rice based) so I couldn’t wait to try their sheets. Set arrived sealed in the original labeled box. Each mask is in its own satchet/pouch. All are easy to tear open and you don’t have to worry about accidentally tearing the mask while opening. Set comes as a pack of ten. Important info is listed on the back of the pouches, text is easy to read. Sheets are made with a thick cotton that absorbs and clings most of the serum/essence. There isn’t a ton of excess liquid in the pouches because majority of it is in the mask. Prefer this when compared to other masks that still contain half the formula in the pouch after the mask is removed. This mask is absolutely soaked. Will more than likely need some adjusting as far as the fit. Mask is full face without any slits. You can easily cut areas so you can get a better fit. Mask adheres well even without alterations. Has a light scent but it’s nothing irritating or highly concentrated. Instant boost of hydration once this is placed, it drenches the skin. Minor irritations can be soothed once sheet is placed. Mask keeps the formula the entire time, no issues with serum dripping down your neck. Really love applying this mask after it’s been in the fridge. After removing the mask it may still take some additional time to allow the serum to fully absorb. Serum presses in easily. This is good for days that need more hydration with a gentle formula.

I put on my clean face and leave it for about 1.5 hours. I watch tv during this time. After that, I don't rinse it until the nex day, I also use the used mask on my neck and on my body until it's dry abnd then throw it away. That way, I don't waste any of it.My skin feels and look so plump the next day.

This is gentle on my skin and felt so nice and soothing. It comes out of the pack drenched in a serum that is made up of natural ingredients (that's my favorite part). It's easy to work with so I just laid it across my face. I wore this while I relaxed in the tub. I left it on for the duration of my bath and when I was done my face felt so soft and moisturized. All day the next day I couldn't stop touching my face. I love how it made my skin feel. I would get more!
