Easy to use, well-pigmented, and practical for beginners. The color matches my hair well, and it comes with a brush. It's not waterproof, but it does a great job. It would be perfect with waterproof.

I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this liquid eyebrow pencil only gave me one and a half eyebrows before it quit for me, even after shaking it down and around. When I tried to fill in a little bit more, the color that was there already started to ball up and look like tiny coffee grounds instead of a pretty eyebrow. Not worth the money if these products are all just old or dried out. I will be returning this and be getting a different one.
