What a fantastic book! It covers everything for new or seasoned yoga teachers. It's packed with so much information. I find myself going back to it again and again! I highly recommend it!

Not recommended. Go for BKS Iyengar book- Light on Yoga instead.
Average book. Half of the book is related to yoga history which is more profoundly available on wiki. It is teaching techniques which SHOULD BE more elaborately mentioned in this book which is NOT. Picture of the poses are very small in size which is NOT helpful to understand the pose well. In the name of sequence, instead of telling the sequence. Writer has mentioned sequence of many yoga teachers which is again help you to confuse. I will not recommend this book. Instead go for BKS Iyengar book- Light on Yoga which is The Best Book on this subject and 1/4 of the price.
