It was was easy to apply and worked very fast.

I have a 4,000 gal koi pond. The waterfall creates foam, I checked the water values and everything is great. In other words, no imbalance is causing the foam, just the waterfall action. I added only half of the recommended amount of defoamer, I hate to add stuff unnecessarily. It took the foam away immediately and lasts for at least a week or more. I’m thrilled with how well this works! It left only a tiny visible residue on the surface for a few hours. Well worth it!

Clears water briefly

If you look at the picture, we have a small backyard pond and waterfall. The pond was covered with foam and the waterfall was still running. I took a small container with about 2 oz. of the defoamer and tossed about half of it up the waterfall and the second half in the pond. Within a few minutes, all the foam was gone and it stayed gone for a couple of days. I did this November 23, 2019 in the warm Phoenix, Arizona weather. It's a very good product!
