Does this work well as a shampoo ?

No, I used it solely for my daughter’s skin. It is not for hair.

Is the glycerin soy ?

My daughter-in-law used it for my grandson. I don't think it contained soy ZY Gao, M.D.

Is this soap tear free? The description doesn't say specifically it is tear free. Do I need to look at the baby weleda calendula soap instead?

i use it to wash off my eye make up and it doesnt seem to tear me up. if it does go in its not pleasant (stings a little) but it doesnt give me a reaction at all, and i react to everything. if youre extra sensitive though, or if it is for a baby to use then i definitely recommend the baby one. hope this helps!
