Vive Knee Ice Wrap helps me reduce the swelling in my knee after a long walk or gym workout. I had to return the first one I received because the strap was broken. However I returned it via Amazon and quickly received a replacement. For the price I can't complain. The Vive wrap is about one half the cost of the others on Amazon, and appears to be very similar. The wrap has a smooth plastic cover on one side which I place on my knee with my pants on. The other side is cloth which I can use directly on my skin. The straps are very elastic and can fit small to large knees. It will keep cold for at least 20 minutes. The wrap can also be microwaved and used as a heating pad (I haven't tried that). If you want to ice your knee or other joints, I recommend you get one.

I work on my feet all day. I recently had plantars and started putting all my weight on my left leg. My knee was destroyed,.could barely walk. Decided to buy this thing... helped immensely. Nice price, has a nice warm coating on inside to make it tolerable to wear, and cools up quickly. Highly recommend

Thought it would be larger

Awesome product! Stays in place and is very comfortable to wear. It retains cold or heat for at least 25 to 30 minutes at a time. If you have had knee surgery or just have painful knees this is a product you will be glad you bought. It is worth the money. Buy two one for each knee. You will be glad you did.
