Great cushion, great value, and very well made. Folds up nicely for storage. Durable mat for my teen as she practices some tumbling and uses it frequently for various workouts. Easy to clean as well. Highly recommend!

My PT told me to get a 1-1 1/2" thick mat to do my floor exercises and all the ones I saw looked flimsy. This one is 2", very comfortable, good quality, made of dense foam, folds up easily, and the carry handle makes it convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful quality. As large as expected. Great cushion. Handle makes it easy enough to transport. Didn't use it though. I sent it back because I could tell it was not going to stay in place well on a gym floor. I could be wrong, but my budget couldn't take the risk.

Nice thick pad that doesn't flatten out for a 200lb person. Comfortable to lay on. Seems durable and it folds up well for easy storage.

I'm using this CAP Barbell exercise mat on my too-soft bed so I can continue my physical therapy at home. It works really well. It's firm, but not hard. It is long and wide enough for me. It has handles and folds easily. It fits in a space between my bed and a chest of drawers. I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

I bought this to use for somatic exercises and my 5 year old who likes to do somersaults. TGreat quality, the cushioning is thick and my back doesn’t hurt when laying on it. I like how easily it folds up to hide it away. Easy peasy.
