Shampoo is not sulphate-free, and smells more like regular honey than manuka honey
SMELL:- Shampoo: I wasn't sure I'd like a shampoo that smells like manuka honey since the musty smell of manuka isn't my fave scent - but I was pleasantly surprised that this smells more like ordinary honey (whose fresh, sweet, comforting smell I like) than manuka. It smells much nicer than I thought it would! Is it a bit weird it doesn't smell like manuka when manuka is meant to be the type of honey used to make this? A little.- Conditioner: The conditioner smells a little different than the shampoo. To me it smells like almond essence, marzipan and honey, which is a smell I like too!INGREDIENTS:- Shampoo:I ran the ingredients list through a safety checker and it came back saying the ingredients in this were safe and non-toxic. The only ingredient which raised a small flag was Ammonium lauryl sulfate (ALS): It (like other sulphates like SLS) strip the hair and scalp of their natural oils - which I would guess may be good for de-greasing - but can potentially lead to dryness, so the thing I read is that people with sensitive, dry skin should be cautious about using products with ALS. So this is a shampoo that you probably shouldn't use everyday in case it can be excessively drying, which can contribute to flakiness. It's a bit weird the listing says this product is "sulphate free" when it contains ammonium lauryl sulphate. And it's a bit weird that this shampoo is labelled as for dry hair, when it contains a sulphate which is known to be drying for both hair and skin.- Conditioner:When run through the safety checker, the ingredients in this all came back as safe.BOTTLE SIZE:Both products have a decent sized bottle - should last a while.IN USE:For me, I found the did a good job of cleaning and conditioning my hair.

Beautiful smell of honey
This shampoo and conditioner set was a winner for me. It smells fantastic and performs well. It lathers and cleans as it should and the conditioner is not too heavy.I love that its cruelty free and that its organic which ticks the right boxes for me.The little bag that it comes in is useful for storage when traveling and the sizes of the bottles are a decent size although I would expect that for the money.Happy to recommend this product on the results it achieved.

Honey scented shampoo and conditioner set for normal to dry hair (265mls each)
This review is for the 'Dr Organic Manuka Honey Shampoo & Conditioner Set with Travel Bag, Restoring, Dry Hair, Natural, Vegetarian, Cruelty-Free, Paraben & SLS-Free, Recyclable & Recycled Ocean Bound Plastic, Organic, 265ml.'- This shampoo and conditioner set arrives in a green toiletry bag with transparent windows.- The plastic bottles hold 265mls each and have flip top, screw top lids.- The bottle labels have information and ingredients on them.- Both products smell very strongly of honey- Suitable for vegetarians to use (NOT for vegans!)- certified organic- recycled and recycle-able packaging- not tested on animalsThe Amazon listing says 'no ingredients of animal origin' - yet they both contain real manuka honey which I would consider of animal origin... just think of those busy little bees!!** Some interesting info about honey if anyone is interested... Bees collect nectar from flowers and store it in their little honey stomachs, where enzymes start to break down the nectar. Once partially digested, the bees regurgitate it into honeycomb cells, water evaporates from it, thickening it into honey! **Lovely set - would make a nice gift for anyone who likes the smell of honey!

SLS free, silicone free
The shampoo and conditioner have a lovely smell, but it's not super strong. The shampoo has a mild lather, and is sulphate free, giving a gentle cleanse. The conditioner is silicone free, is thick and works great in my fine curly hair for detangling and conditioning. I find that I have to use more of this than my other conditioners to get the job done as it isn't super slippery.

Conditoner is a let down
The shampoo felt nice and moisturising and lathered well, but the conditioner was surprisingly watery and I needed more than expected. Would not suggest for longer hair or coarser hair types, which is why I reduced a star.Bottles were sized and easy to squeeze, and I like that they're made from recycled plastics. The bag is decent quality and could be quite handy as a toiletry bag for travelling.

Smells fantastic!
A great little set of organic hair products, either for yourself or as a small gift. The shampoo smells lovely, sweet like honey, but not cloying, it lathers up well and rinses out easily, leaving that squeaky clean feeling. The conditioner also has a very pleasant scent (perhaps a little almond?), feels quite light to apply but leaves the hair feeling conditioned and nourished from root to tip. The set comes in its own toiletry bag. The bottles are possibly too large for airline travel but still great for use at home or for a weekend away. One star off as I feel the set is a little overpriced.

Great set to try out
Set of honey shampoo and condition 265ml, both products are suitable for dry to normal hair and help with restoring and replenishing the hair. The bottles come with an easy to open cap lid and arrived in a clear zip pouch which you can reuse as a small wash bag.The shampoo has a runny consistency which lathers well whereas; the conditioner has a thicker consistency and leave the hair feeling smooth afterwards. Both smell the same, not sure if they smell of honey but rather a very mild floral scent which is quite pleasant.Overall, nice set to try the brand or gift to someone.

Sustainable, Smells Great and Good Value
I love that the product is sustainable and that the packaging is both recyclable and the plastics used to make it are where possible, made from ocean-bound plastic. But most of all, I love the smell of both and how my scalp feels after using. This is now my go-to. (I'm used to Head & Shoulders)
