Got it today and it had a dent on the pole :( and some scratches that were small,and it was pretty easy to put together overall I would buy it again!

If you are looking for a more fully featured monitor arm that can make those adjustments that you desire but don't want to spend the extra money for all the fancy mechanisms like gas / spring, this is the item for you. Requires more manual adjustment but lets be honest, after your monitor is in that perfect spot, how often will you ever move it while that desk is there? I don't think I have ever adjusted my monitor after finding that sweet spot and while the expensive mounts make it easier, you are paying for it. This gives you the ability to make those adjustments yet keep that expense low! Recommended for those penny pinchers! Once your monitor is up and perfectly adjusted, you will never know its there...

I needed a new setup for my monitor, and this one worked out great. It comes with everything you need and two different options for mounting the monitor on your desk. I went for the option that doesn't require drilling into my desk, and it was really easy to put together. It holds up well, and the arm is easy to adjust to get the screen just where you want it.

It came horrendously packed it was just wrapped up in loose plastic it didn't come with any tools or instructions and the most Grievous error it didn't even come with the plate that's supposed to mount to the screen! I wound up making some kind of Frankenstein amalgamation of old mounts that I had just because I could not afford to wait any longer but definitely stay far far away from this one
