Good with Arlo
This review is for the 'Rapthor CR123A Batteries 900mAh 3.7V Rechargeable 4 Batteries and Charger'After topping up the charge with the included charger, I placed these 4 batteries in a first gen Arlo camera. These camera's eat batteries, and are very particular about what batteries they will work with. I have only ever found one non-rechargeable battery gives a reasonable longevity, and I have never before identified a rechargeable battery that was worth using. On power up, the Arlo did tell me that these batteries were 90% charged. Not a big issue as long as the batteries hold out.12 days and 107 detections later, with the camera installed in our porch, the batteries have only lost lost 5%, dropping from 90% down to 85%.I consider this a big win. These are so far performing in line with non-rechargeable batteries. I will be very impressed if these last a couple of months, as it looks like they will.A five star review from me, but if these suddenly prove me wrong and run out of charge within 2 months, I will update this review.

Not charging
Maybe I purchased the wrong battery, but my FLIR operates off a single battery, and after charging for 24 hrs, the battery still reading as very low. Not sure if these batteries only charge a certain item. Quality is good. Have used different chargers.

practical and eco friendly
The 900mAh capacity provides ample power for my Arlo cameras, flashlights, and other devices that require this type of battery. The included charger is convenient and easy to use, making it simple to keep the batteries fully charged. But, the charging time is a bit longer than some other rechargeable batteries, and the battery life could be slightly better

Very good charger.
Very good battery charger and set of four batteries. Nice to have the indicator lights and to have the independent channels so I'm able to recharge 1, 2, 3, or 4 of the batteries as needed. Also good that the use of heavy metals is limited. Charges in exactly the time indicated in the product description. Would recommend who needs a CR123A charger.

Great set if you need these batteries
I have a few items that use CR123 batteries: a couple of small torches, some motion-sensing security lights, an oldish camera, some night vision goggles, and my smoke alarms. But they are a relatively unusual battery and not always available when I need them, so this set of rechargable batteries with the charger is exactly what I need. The charger and batteries appear to be well made (I'm a consumer, and don't know enough about batteries to say any more than that). There is a warning card included that warns not to try to charge regular (ie non-rechargable) batteries. Although that might seem obvious, it may not be for some people, and it's a sensible inclusion. The charger receives power via a USB - USBC cable, so a USB charger is necessary to use this - but most of us these days have a few of these! The batteries charged and I tested them all in a torch, and they all showed as full charge, so they do what they are supposed to. At about £34 (£37.89 less the current 10% discount voucher) for the set of charger and four batteries, this is somewhat cheaper than other similar sets, so it's good value. Recommended.

1st Generation Ring Motion Detector Compatible
The media could not be loaded. If like us, you have the 1st generation Ring alarm system and need CR123 batteries for the motion detectors, then this could possibly be a way of saving some money, although currently, it will take 5 years before we break even vs the cost of disposable batteries.Whilst the claim is that the batteries will 'fast charge' in 2 hours, our experience has been just under 5 hours, using a 5.8 Volt 1.8 Amp charger, as it clearly states not to use anything more than a 5amp charger, but once charged, they should last at least a year, before needing to be charged again. So whilst clearly not a major cost saving exercise, there is always the benefit that fewer batteries will end up in landfills or need to be recycled.
