I have got these switches installed at ground for my garden lights whereas I mostly spent time at first floor, so it's very convenient to switch on lights using my mobile... I am almost using 15 different types of Homemate switches for last 2 years and all of them are working without any major issues.However, due to more number of switches are directly connected to my router, wherein sometimes they get disconnected. Homemate should try to see if these can be resolved through firmware updates or alternately introduce a ethernet connected Hub through which these switches can be connected.

The product is well made & looks robust. Installation too was easy, even on existing board. Works very well with Alexa. Need to see the life of the product, as it is an electronic one, as against the traditional switches that have lasted for more than 20 years.Compared to the traditional switches, It is expensive as of now. May come down, once volumes increase.

I regret purchasing this smart switch again. I first bought it in 2023 to automate my home, but it started experiencing connectivity issues despite being close to my router. Assuming the first one was faulty, I ordered another, which worked fine initially. However, after just a month, it’s also showing the same connection problems.Now, one room is stuck operating manually, and the new switch only works via Bluetooth, defeating the purpose of having it smart. The original device has been removed from the app and won’t enter search mode despite multiple attempts.I recommend exploring other budget-friendly options, as this so-called branded device has proven to be unreliable.

The media could not be loaded. Till now working perfectly. Working as per specifications. Can be controlled manually as well as from the app wirelessly. There is some issue with fitting as it doesn't fit properly in the SSK sheet. Rest is value for money @ 1098. A few days ago, I purchased 5 switches in total.Exceptionally user-friendly, high-quality, and reasonably priced. Home Mate is a good brand in smart switches.

The product is good , seemlesss connectivty. But its compatible to very limited set of boxes. like anchor Roma. Legrand switch model doesn't fit right.

Good wifi range, application interface & modular design, but work needs to be done on technical design as the wires get cluttered around entry points while fitting in the board, make it spacious or deepen the socket lengths to avoid risk of lose connections and damage.
