Cork Massage Roller for Sore Muscles and Tension Relief || 12" (Compact)

This cork roller is the perfect size to roll out my tight lower back, glutes and quads. As a Crossfit athelete I tend to have chronically sore muscles. This cork roller helps me get those knotty muscles relief. The founder has terrific tutorials on instagram that I am obsessed with. He really shows practical, easy to perform fascia release.

I have various rollers for different purposes. And I like to try any roller. This one is fantastic because it is so portable. And it’s eco friendly - made of cork. I’m so pleased with this roller. Highly recommend!!

This is much smaller than I expected both length and circumference, but it works well. It’s very sturdy, heavy, and thick, which is good for working on sore and tired muscles after a workout. It’s not textured, which I was looking for, and as you can see from my photos, I like cork yoga products, so this fit the bill! I’m happy with the purchase despite the smaller size.

Too firm for using it on your back, which was the whole reason I got it.

Pro: light weight, good for travelingCon: thought it is made of cork, natural material. Smells chemical. Have to leave it outside the house for off gas.

This roller is great! I wanted a natural alternative to foam rollers, and this really does the job. It’s quite firm, which is exactly what I was looking for.

After my first purchase from rawlogy, cork balls, I was stoked to see that they had a cork roller as well and I had to buy it. I was not disappointed! It is awesome! I especially like the length to it, not too long like some other rollers out there.
