This turned out to be a great product! It was catchy with the recharging, but I finally figured it out. Absolutely love this machine. Great deal for the price.

İ was so excited about this one and ordered several as gifts to friends as well, but one broke really fast, stopped vibrating. İ ordered another one, thinking it was my faulty use, was using it very carefully, not more than 3-5 min at a time. İt broke again!!! This time, it was vibrating but lights stopped working.

Very nice! The different light settings are great and battery life is amazing. I recommend using a gel based face primer to help smooth the massager!

I'm pretty sure all of these types of products are a scam, the lights don't do anything and the shape doesn't cup your jaw well enough for shaping, save your money, buy a cheap gua sha or hell, use a cold spoon and it'll work better than this. I'm giving it three stars cause maybe I'm crazy and the lights actually do something and I just didn't use it long enough, who knows, not me! So do what you will.

This little thing is cheap and a miracle worker. I had a hematoma right in between my eyebrows. I have, well HAD a scar and it was kind of red from scar tissue. A little less than a week using this and it’s pretty much disappeared. I’ll update with before and after pics after work but love it! Worth it!!

Use it every day! I’ve had it for several months and have not had to charge it yet. Seeing great results, even used it on a scar and noticed improvement.

My item stopped charging and neither Amazon or the vendor will help resolve this. I do not recommend this purchase.

The charger was NOT in the box. I have a charger but tou pay for a product you want everything included.
