Masters of Chant Vol.1

What an album

I am a retired Music Teacher and Thespian and have experienced many different types of music in my lifetime.However over the years more and more wonderful music is being made available to us and it is almost impossible to be familiar with everything.I was introduced to "Gregorian - Masters Of Chant" by a Norwegian friend whilst on holiday together.I found this music "spellbinding" and totally relaxing - even addictive.Some people who do not like classical music may be "put off" by thinking this is classical music as per Chopin,Mozart etc and may miss a great opportunity of listening to choral music which is melodic,wonderful harmonies, hypnotising and expertly performed.I would advise anyone who enjoys music full stop or simply needs de-stressing to buy this.I have played this CD over and over again - bought 2 more of their recordings and intend to buy many more.Its excellent value for money and cheaper than a "shrink."

I ordered this copy of the CD after my stereo system ate my original boxed set copy and refused to give it up!The morning after I made the order the CD player gave up my original copy undamaged.I was loath to cancel the order as I had decided to give it to one of my friends and when it arrived it was in pristine condition and still wrapped so I took it to church and gave it to John who was highly delighted!The Gregorians have a great sound of their own and I am looking forward to the next CD of theirs as soon as finances allow!

Purchased this album for a friend,the expected delivery time was 4/5 weeks when i placed order in October, got worried as it was coming near christmas, and it had not arrived after 4 weeks emailed to say to seller supermart usa about it, they replied that it was sent out and returned to them but i got it fairly quick from them again, you do seem to get worried at times but amazon checked up on it, very happy with outcome...

I think this CD is one of the best of all the Masters of Chant collection because of so many familiar tunes that they put their unique touch to. Also this particular volume is almost impossible to find. I am so glad to have located it on Amazon UK, thank you!!

Came within the date expected but took a little longer than usual because of coming from Germany & the eratic post at the moment

very similar to chapter v1 my wife's wife really enjoyes this but i feel that a few mre well known songs woul fit in well

brilliant stuff found them by mistake and loved their covers of rock/pop so much I am addicted I now have 9 of their cds and I'm a rock fan so if I love it I think you will too.

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, wer solche Musik mag wird nicht enttäuscht.

Impareggiabili Master of Chant! Penso oramai di avere quasi tutti i loro album e la loro musica non stanca mai. Ottima la registrazione e ottimo il prodotto. Consigliatissimo.
