I am recovering from a broken arm (broken in 7 places and pinned and plated). I have been off my food and needed something nutritious so ordered some to try. Lovely, a strong vanilla flavour which I love. I eat them with a well known Greek yoghurt. Have eaten them crunchy as they come in the pot and have also let them soak up the yoghurt and tasty this way also. Have ordered the Cinnamon from the company directly. This order came really swiftly from Amazon.

Despite being marketed as ‘childhood classics, with adult nutrition’ these are far in taste from any classic childhood cereals I ever ate. At first opening I got the scent of chocolate that certainly was reminiscent of chocolate Wheetos and Nesquik and though food nirvana was in sight unfortunately that’s where the similarity ends, the smell.The cereal has the aftertaste which is often associated with high protein supplement bars, that kinda powdery / saccharine flavour where you know you’ve had something that might be healthier for you but certainly not tastier than the real thing. Also the chocolate flavour despite the scent is actually quite weak, finishing up the chocolate flavoured milk was like drinking milk with a very very slight dusting of cocoa powder….They certainly do hold their crunch though, with them still being crunchy after floating in milk for over 5 minutes. While they might be good for a post workout snack I would not resort to them for breakfast unless I was really in a hurry and needed to have breakfast at work.

To find food that is gluten free and low sugar/sugar free is almost impossible! This cereal is a godsend. Really tasty and comes in 3 varieties all of which are scrumptious! Would thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic product does the job, my son loves them and they taste like chocolate which some can taste a bit bitter, have repeat ordered would highly recommended this product 🙂

These taste better than I've tried in the past however as they're protein based you can't get away from the powdery taste they come packaged in great portion sizes to help you control your first and nutritional intake.My only gripe is with the amount you get only 8 portions for almost £15? Is a bit steep for the.Despite this based on flavour, portions etc I would definitely recommend very happy
