As a surfer and former Division 1 water polo player, I’ve tried countless protein powders looking for something that supports recovery, tastes good, and doesn’t mess with my digestion. This is the only one that checks all the boxes.The ingredients are super clean—just egg whites, coconut, cocoa, monk fruit, and nothing else. No gums, no sweeteners, no weird aftertaste. It blends easily and actually tastes like real food, not chalk or chemicals.I’m really focused on eating whole foods, and this fits perfectly into that lifestyle. It’s light on the stomach, no bloating or gas, and gives me exactly what I need post-surf or after a lift. Highly recommend it for anyone who trains hard and eats clean.

This is hands down the best tasting, most easily digested protein supplement I have ever tried. I used to be able to drink just about any protein supplement but after dealing with a nasty case of SIBO and histamine intolerance I found that virtually any protein supplement made me sick whether it be whey isolate with no lactose, hydrolyzed whey, any and all plant based protein powders - you name it, I tried it and they all made me sick EXCEPT this one! It has a short, clean, and high quality ingredient list, too. It does require the use of a blender. I use an immersion blender and it's quick and easy. I haven't tried a shaker cup. There is a bit of foam after blending but I stir it after blending and it folds in the foam and gives it a nice light and sort of airy texture like meringue has been folded in. There are zero clumps if it's blended. It's lightly sweet, which I very much appreciate and monk fruit is an ideal sweetener. The vast majority of protein powders out there are cloyingly sweet to the point of being disgusting. This has a very light and pleasant sweetness and tastes faintly of coconut and vanilla. I add some pumpkin spice to it and it tastes reminiscent of egg nog in a way. It's the most delicious protein powder I've ever had. The one and only con is the price. It's very expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. If you are like me and rely on protein powder to supplement your daily intake and have sensitive digestion, this is a very good option.

I live that this product has such few ingredients but is still very useful. Give me the protein I need without all the other stuff. This powder tastes great. It dissolves in my smoothies easily. I don’t get bloated after and my stomach feels normal.

This product is fantastic.It tastes absolutely FANTASTIC. That doesn't really matter, but it has to be said up front bc so many reviews say it's horrible. It is GREAT tasting. I wonder what ppl are eating when they post opinions about taste -- are they living off of gummies and fast food? Do they eat 10lbs of sugar a week? It might be worth asking.But please allow me to relay a story:I was using a great collagen/peptide product that tasted good with bouillon, or water, or anything. It really took the sting out of sore muscles and joint pain. Good for skin etc etc... Then whiners posted that it didn't mix well, tasted bad, and next thing you know, voila, the product was changed. Now, yes, it did mix more easily (for the love of.....JUST USE A BATTERY WHISKER), and the taste changed, but the product no longer worked and it was very expensive. I contacted the maker and they denied the change. It was newly sandy, like it had melt-able wood or something instead of the great product it once was.So, to the makers of this product: DO NOT CHANGE A THING.If whiners cannot learn to use a whisker, that's their own fault. Your product is great. Can you expand the line? I'm still on the hunt for a great collagen peptide product.

After a few times drinking this, the sucker punch to the mouth of coconut lessens, but it's still there.Takes a bit more shaking than other protein powders to blend, and while it recommends mixing it with milk, I find it tastes better with water and a few ice cubes. Cuts out some of the richness and makes it go down easier.This stuff is waaaaaaaay more expensive than I'd ever planned on spending on protein powder, but it doesn't have artificial sweeteners or soy, so I'll take what I can get.No stomach aches, no nausea, no bloating. I've been using this stuff not quite daily for about two months. It's helped me get over a plateau at the gym. Over all, good product. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Love the versatility of this protein powder! Some of my fav ways to eat it are mixed with oatmeal, in a smoothie or mixed into protein bars. It adds the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness, but doesn’t over power the other flavors.

I almost didn't buy this because the price seemed exorbitant. But let me tell you, the price is justified because they have created the holy grail: protein powder that tastes super yummy and doesn't upset your stomach! I thought it was impossible; I'd given up on protein powder. It's worth it.

I learned about this protein powder the same day I tried kimchi for the first time, I loved the kimchi so much I started eating unworldly amounts of it, my gut microbiome was tremendous but so we're my farts.It got so bad my roommates made me buy candles for the house as the smell was starting to be a problem. Turns out it my regular protein powder was the main problem and the kimchi was just a catalyzer.Thanks to this product I get to save money on candles and keep good gut health.Chocolate flavor is nice and doesn't overpower the flavor when you mix it with other ingredients.Would recommend.
