Terrible, adult can't use. Waste of money!

Good couch, terrible customer service
The couch is comfortable, great for a beginner couch, especially in a small apartment. Biggest issue i have with this purchase is two parts came damaged unfortunately. When I reached out to customer service, they we fast to respond so that was great. They even offered to send replacement parts...but that's when it went down hill fast. The parts I needed replaced were suddenly out of stock. So, the next best thing they could do for me was a $20 refund....that isn't even close to the price I spent on the couch.
