I just installed the BrosTrend AXE5400 WiFi 6E USB Adapter and it's so easy to get up and running. I plugged it into a rear USB 3.0 port, ran the driver that came pre-loaded on the dongle, connected to my network—and that was it. No CDs, no hunting through websites—zero hassle. Plug‑and‑play indeed!Once it was online, I immediately noticed no signal drops and very fast speeds. Testing on the 6 GHz band, I'm pulling speeds consistent with what I'm paying for—full streaming, lag-free video calls, even game downloads fly without choking. It stays locked onto the router without skipping or dropping. Reviews back up my experience; users say it "catches the signal pretty much," “speed is definitely fast,” and “works really well for high‑speed internet”

It was an easy install although I was hoping that it would be plug and play. I find compared to the onboard Wi-Fi 6 card it had slightly faster ping speeds which is helpful for high intensity use. It is definitely the way to go if you need it for a device that does not have Wi-Fi and it is helpful for a device that does have Wi-Fi

UPDATE:Lowering my initial review from 3 stars to 1 star. Now it requires 100% of the time to toggle disable/enable adapter in Windows 11 when waking up or after restarting my computer. Ofc it is outside of the return window so I wasted my money. Also there are no new Drivers on the manufacturer's website.As of now I have this adapter for more than 2 months. Initially was impressed that it maxes out my FIOS 500Mbit line. Especially on the 6Ghz band when uploading. However this is when it works. 80% of the time when I wake up my computer, even after restar,t the adapter does not connect and does not see any networks until I open network settings and disable the adapter and then enable it back. Then it works fine. Its very annoying to have to do this almost every time. And yes it does run on the latest driver available for Win 11 home.

Basically plug and play because the drivers were included on the adapter. This is a simple way to upgrade to wifi 6E and potentially improve signal range. However, it's larger than other options and isn't very portable for a laptop. Shown with quarters for scale.

Went from 50mbs to 280-360mps after plugging it in. To easy and great for the price.

I purchased this item as a gift from my son to assist him in video chatting so that it wasn't overloading his computer CPU. He stated that he was able to video chat without buffering for once and he was able to simultaneously watch a movie on Wi-Fi. So basically the internal Wi-Fi system went bypassed and we used the greater one the gigabit Wi-Fi was able to assist him by his 100 Meg Wi-Fi card that was internal to his laptop.

I saw the reviews and saw mostly negative stuff, I thought I’d be lucky. The thing I saw the most was about connection, and my experience was no different.Pros: the connection is great, my PC doesn’t have a good connection to my WiFi so this helped and the speed was definitely fast. Driver installation was easy, literally just a software you need to install to make it work, like a few clicks and that’s it.Cons: just like most of the reviews I saw, this device is will only function flawlessly for 3 months.. it’ll still be work but you’ll find yourself constantly trying to connect to the same WiFi over and over again, sometimes even booting you off of the internet and then you gotta fight with it again. So when you use this device it opens a ‘WiFi 3’ tab in your WiFi settings.. yeah after the 3 months you’ll also have moments where that tab will just suddenly disappear. I thought maybe the software required for it had an update or something, so I went back and.. yeah no, the software literally is to give you the ‘WiFi 3’ tab, that’s it. I would say to not waste your money on this.
