Will this work as a standing desk for someone who is 5'0?

I am 5’1” and at its very highest level, I could probably use it standing up. It raises to a height above my regular desk.

I will need to transfer this desk between 2 locations, would it be easy to take apart and put back together/transfer in a car?

I would say no, it would not be easy to take apart and then reassemble. It’s possible but I don’t think you’d want to do that. It’s also very heavy once put together. Transporting it as a whole may be challenging.

I bought this table but it won’t go up. It will go down but it is stuck in the lowest position. Should I return it?

Mine works well, very functional. Have you contacted the merchant to find a solution. To be honest, it’s a good adjustable desk for child, if no way to pix the problem, maybe return and ask them to replace you a new one.
