We recently bought a small runabout boat for day fishing and fun, and although it came with a small anchor for beach landings and the like it did not have a rope. This PropelTech anchor line was an excellent solution because it is both sized correctly and has the right kind of termination pre-built into the line. The stainless hardware has been easy to latch and very reliable so far. Keep in mind that 50' of anchor line is not a lot... perhaps enough for anchoring in up to 35 feet of water, but that will be plenty for us and our small pleasure boat.

This is a good quality rope for anchoring. Well constructed, durable.Fifty feet is good for a small lake but not ocean or large freshwater bodies of water if you want to go out into the deep.I recommend.

Just remember this is best probably for lighter anchors and shallow waters 25 ft or under. Quality of rope is great. Won’t work on my bigger boat but is perfect for smaller boats/canoes/etc!

Nice rope. Easily the rated thickness. Very soft and easy on the hands. Fittings are lightly attracted to neodymium and not at all to a carbon magnet, so probably are actual stainless.
