Excellant pork rinds
My wife is on a keto diet and this fit the bill perfectly as a snack for her. What's good about these pork rinds is that it is light has a touch of that great Himalayan salt. It was at a great price too.

Inconsistent but yummy
Maybe someone can contact me? I love the sea salt pork rinds, however this last order was not fluffy like normal. All 5 bags were cracklins. I didnt return them cause I'm eating them, but want to know if future orders will be back to normal fluffy big pieces verses little cruchies. Thanks!

The BEST pork rinds on the market for Keto or just general snacking
I have been doing strict, "clean" keto (which for me means dairy free, gluten free, organic, mostly plant based whole foods only with some animal protein) for a little over 3 months now and there are certain products that really make it so much easier to stick to it. During my early days, I found a lot of recipes for tortillas and wraps that call for pork rinds as a binding agent instead of flours or cheeses and quickly realized that most (pretty much all) pork rinds sold in stores are at very least fried (which is HORRIBLE for your health - I could go on and on about this but just take my word for it) and at worst are full of additives and ingredients that make them anything besides the "healthy" low carb keto snack that they're touted to be. I found these at a local Whole Foods and was thrilled to see that they are BAKED not fried with very minimal ingredients which in this flavor is just pork skins and Himalayan pink salt. HOORAY! I now have these in my Amazon subscribe and save for monthly delivery so I can use them to put in my food processor and make my homemade tortillas and wraps with them. The flavor is great! I will occasionally snack on a few, but mostly I use them ground up in other recipes. My only complaint is that usually about 1/3 of them are rock hard and dark (see pic of light and fluffy on the left and rock hard on the right). I don't know if this is a common issue with pork rinds in general or these specifically, but those ones are nearly impossible to eat or grind up in the food processor. For how expensive these are and how small the bag is, it seems like an awful lot of waste for the money, however it's a price I'm willing to pay because I have yet to find another baked pork rind ANYWHERE, let alone ones without added ingredients. The only other thing that could make these better is if the pork skin were sourced from organic, naturally raised pigs, without any hormones etc., but I realize that's asking a lot haha. In general I'm very pleased to have found these so I can cook with them. They also make a great substitute for panko bread crumbs. I can definitely recommend if you're on keto or are just trying to eat/snack more cleanly or more low carb! I hope this review has been helpful!

Perfect Keto “Cheat” Snack Alternative
I’ve recently started to follow a keto diet and it’s been a struggle to find an occasional keto “cheat” snack (think potato chips) that wasn’t fried and was still low in carbs. I remember eating the “old school” fried pork rinds as a kid and these definitely seem like a slightly healthier alternative since they are baked while still maintaining the original pork rind flavor that I remember as a kid.I’m not sure if some of these other Amazon reviewers saying that they received bags with half of the pieces being hard / inedible (could crack your teeth) or others who claim that they don’t taste good may have received bad batches of this product, but that was not my personal experience at all. For someone that’s trying to stick with a keto diet while looking for an occasional “cheat” snack I think these Epic Pink Himilayan Baked Pork Rinds are just perfect - light and crunchy with good flavor (i.e. the complete opposite of what some of these other reviewers are saying)!

Rock like dingleberry skins, chipped my tooth
if you enjoy a broken tooth or two, this product is fantastic, go right ahead and chew these rock like pebbles to your hearts content. Not a single puffy fluffy skin, all small dingleberry style hard as rock pork skins. i chipped my back molar from one of these pieces, im shocked how they can sell a product like this, very angry customer. all 4 bags in the garbage, what a waste

Good taste but too flakey
They taste good but are difficult to eat as they choke you, they become "dusty" in the mouth, and you risk inhaling the dust. If you just want to grind them up for cooking they are too salty for them (use Pork Panko instead). I cannot eat these but they taste goos as long as you are not coughing.
