My 25-month-old granddaughter has long mastered the simple wooden puzzles that are comprised of 4 - 6 pieces to make an animal or bug, so when I saw this one, I quickly ordered it.It's quite well made of wood with nice smooth paint. I especially like how very thoughtful the creator made the upright puzzle pegs mounted to the base with elastic so they bend over under pressure. My brain has intrusive thoughts about potential worst-case injuries with various toys and falling on slender wooden sticks could be quite an injury, so it's a HUGE bonus that the pegs bend over. It's an engaging, intriguing, and tricky little puzzle. The circles screw on so, another that's another thoughtful learning experience. The little people heads pop on and off a blunt plastic peg at the top and they're a little tight to get on and off at this point but will certainly wear in with more use. No worries because this puzzle is perfect for doing together with your kids and grandkids.Overall, I'm really impressed with this next-level puzzle toy which will further strengthen her hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and puzzle solving ability. Highly pleased with this wooden toy.

The media could not be loaded. These were unexpected delightful! They are attached to the base with a string that is elastic, so all the 'tree' pieces actually bounce a little. That made this a lot of extra fun. Putting the geometric shapes on each piece is a little challenging. Since they only fit on a specific tree, it may be a bit too challenging for very young ones. We love this toy. The only negative was that one of them had a substance on it that we aren't sure what it was. But it came off and after sanitizing the whole thing, was fine.
