These tablets have been pretty helpful during my pregnancy. They aren't medicine but definitely a relief when your heartburn gets bad as it did for me. The taste is good and I specially would take them at night when I was going to bed because that is when my heartburn was at it worst, so I was able to sleep a little better.Pro: easy to consume, relief for temporary measure, taste is good.Con: the only is that the relief doesn't last longer than maybe 3 to 3.5 hours, but I did say it's not medicine and pregnancy is something hard to adjust to sometimes.
