This has been our go to mouth guard for my daughter for the past few years. We've tried all the others and they were hard to fit on a young child or were very bulky and uncomfortable. We just tried the SISU and threw it away. It was such a pain to try and fit. My daughter is 10 and uses her mouthguard for basketball. This has been easy to fit and very comfortable for her to wear. She can even speak with it in her mouth. The trick we found is to not wait too long after you remove it from the boiling water. We were waiting too long because I was worried it would burn her mouth and we couldn't get the fit right. After we watched the fitting video, we realized we needed to get it into her mouth almost immediately. She said it was hot but didn't burn. Just be careful and use your fingers to test how hot it is before inserting. We plan on sticking with LiteBITE forever. No more experimenting for us. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good protection, but may not work well for all types of dental work... *by B***J on Reviewed in the United States on February 10, 2016* Most mouth guards do not work with dental work and bought these for my son who had some spacers inserted into his mouth. In fact, encouraged my friend to do so for his 10 year old as well as both boys play basketball. They didn't quite work that well with both boys spacers in their mouth...so it may or may not work with all dental work. This is no fault to Lite Bite as they worked extremely well after the spacers were out!!!However, the supplier of these is simply fantastic to work with and that is why I am changing my rating to a 4 star. Simply put, it may not have worked for us, but I would consider trying them again in the future as the boys grow out of their dental work. Hats off to Jimmie from LiteBite for reaching out to us directly and provide an outstanding level of service and support! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great mouthguard, not bulky *by A***D on Reviewed in the United States on July 9, 2016* This is my fourth brand of mouthguards, trying to find a set that (1) fits well, (2) isn't too bulky in the mouth and (3) allows him to talk while wearing. The mouthguard came with detailed instructions for fitting, which we followed faithfully and ended up with a very well fitting mouthguard first try.
