While the photos of the item are misleading, this does the job of covering our pump and filter. It does have drawstrings and Velcro. I just would have liked to know it isn’t a sturdy box shape before purchasing. I feel is it well made, but with the UV in our area, it may only last one season. Overall I would recommend this if you are looking for a cover to protect your pump and filter from outside elements.

I purchased this because it said it was durable, etc., and different than others but it's exactly like other ones, it is not sturdy like the picture shows.

This Cover Just Drapes Over The Pool Pump- It Isn't Supported To Make A Perfect Cube Shape At All Like What Is Shown On The Product Advertisement.

I actually ordered this cover for a different kind of pump: our irrigation pump. Whenever we get heavy rains, we have to run down to the creek and cover the pump with an old piece of corrugated metal roofing and weight it down to keep it from blowing away. I don't know why we never thought of getting a fabric cover. This one is very heavy and durable and fits the pump on its pallet nicely. I especially like the hook and loop openings at the ends, allowing us to work the cover around the 3" output pipe at the top of the pump. The draw cord cinches down securely around the pallet to keep the cover from becoming airborne in strong winds. It's also nice that we can keep the pump running under the cover if we need to finish an irrigation cycle. Highly recommend this cover.

The material is good, but I expected it will also have some kind of a square frame like you see in the picture.In fact it’s just fabric, so you have to put it on some kind of a small frame or structure to make it stand.

The fabric of this cover is pretty thick. It can fit the pump well. The cover is waterproof. After the rain I checked the inside, it is still dry. I am satisfied of the quality of this cover. Very good for outdoor use.

This cover is great, solid and sturdy and provide ample coverage to ensure my pool filter remains working and protected. The material is thick and the construction is well made, I am pleased with the performance of this cover.

We have tried many things to cover the filter from blankets/ totes and tarps and they never seem to work out well. That's where this thing comes in.- Right off the bat I was surprised at how thick and hardy this cover felt.-It seems very well made. All the stitches are nice and clean.- The velcros are of good quality.-The “draw strings” and “cord lock” are of sturdy quality and keep the cover from blowing off.-One thing to note though is the listing shows it “square” or “blocky” while it will not keep any sort of shape unless you put it over a frame.Overall it is a great investment to lengthen the life of your pump and save it from excessive sun and water damage.
