Doesn't do a thing for the avocados
i tried it with a hard avocado, and a week later it's just beginning to ripen - about the same as it would have without the $17 sock. So I read some online reviews to see how others had fared, and that seems to be the consensus - that it doesn't do anything - but many reviewers said, in effect, "Oh but it's so CUTE we really don't care if it doesn't work." If you do care, don't buy it. Stick your avocado in a paper bag with an apple instead.

Too Small
Did the job but really much too small...cannot fit most of the avocados I buy. Not a good all around purchase.

Great product but overpriced
I love the concept but the product is overpriced.

The avocado was ripe the next day.
I really like being able to have a ripe avocado in just one day. This way they don't spoil if I buy more than one that is not ripe yet.

Overall I like the quality of the wool and the finish. I would suggest to the seller that they should make a bigger size also.
