Stellar laptop for work

Amazing investment
I could not be happier The specs on this are perfect and it runs like a dream. Fast and easy to use. Durable and sleek. Beautiful display OLED screen and the sound quality is awesome. Battery life is great and the charger works so well.

Deeply disapointed
While the device was generally functional at first, the user experience was hindered by a poor touchpad that resulted in constant accidental taps. More significantly, the laptop died suddenly after just over a year of use. My experience with Samsung’s support was equally frustrating. After contacting US support, I was transferred between five or six different agents, only to be told that they could not assist me because the product - though purchased on Amazon.com - was originally from Canada. I was instructed to contact Samsung Canada instead. I eventually sought help from a private technician who identified a short circuit on the motherboard. Unfortunately, the cost to locate and repair the specific fault is prohibitively expensive, leaving the laptop unusable.

Stunning performance and Underrated!!!
This was my first ever laptop I bought and I am truly in love with it!!! It's so smooth and the graphics are so amazing and the colors pop out so clear and bright!!! I am absolutely happy with my purchase and definitely worth price I paid for, wow!!
