Dundee Orchards Creamy hazelnut butter(Jar of 8 ounces)

I am glad to have found the Hazelnut Butter from Dundee Orchards. I have a chocolate protein shake almost every day and add nut butter for protein and to be more filling. I use hazelnut butter because both of my kids are allergic to peanuts -- and I love hazelnuts. I used to be able to find it in specialty grocery stores. Now I can only find it online. It is getting harder and harder to find as many manufactures are adding chocolate. This hazelnut butter is great. Of course, because it is natural (and has no trans fats) you have to stir it. Set the jar upside down overnight and then turn it right side up and open it. Most of the oil will have sunk to the bottom. Go ahead and stir it until creamy one time and put it in the refrigerator. You won't have to stir it again.

Wonderful taste. The consistency was less thick than I expected after stirring in the oil that collected at the top into the nut butter. Next time I order this, I'll do this step longer and that may make a difference in the consistency.

I love the hazelnut butter, but not the creamy! Would like some recipes with which to use these. I reordered the crunchy which I love!!!! Great product though.

The shippers really went the extra mile with this. The jar was taped shut, wrapped with foam and double boxed. But wait, there's more. There was foam protection between inner and outer layer. The hazel nut butter has a great taste. I mixed it with chocolate. I would have liked it better if it had less oil-even though that is probably where most of the flavor comes from. Worth every penny.

This is perfect hazelnut butter! Very fresh, delicious, great for drizzling when it's at room temp or spreading when it's cold; easily mixes with melted chocolate... lots of uses I'm sure ;) Can't wait 'til it's back in stock!

My son's daycare won't allow peanuts, so I bought this to make him PP&j sandwiches. He loves it and it tastes great!

This is a delicious spread, and will buy again!
