Oceanstar 3SC1675 Portable 3 Removable Trays Storage Cart

I looked at quite a few carts of this size before choosing this one. Most that fit the dimensions I needed were mostly metal wire, seemed flimsy, and were not visually appealing. This cart cost a bit more than most the others I saw, but I am so glad I chose this one. It is sturdy, the design is well thought out, and it looks nice. I was worried the trays would be flimsy and warped, but they are very solid and also have grooves in the bottom to keep them from sliding out of place. It was also very easy to assemble. Just keep in mind what some of the other reviewers said about making sure the screw heads go on the side of the metal that is indented (which is the way that makes sense when you look at it). Also, the metal is a very dark brown (not black), which I had read in another review as well. That didn't make any difference to me, but thought it might to some.

I like that it was packaged well and the photo instructions were simple enough for my 8 year old granddaughter to put it together by herself.

After looking at numerous cart options, I’m glad I chose this one. Well worth the extra cost over the many metal carts. I purchased this handsome one in particular as I use it next to a wing chair in the living room to hold all my knitting tools. When we have guests it’s easily rolled out of the way into another room. The bamboo boxes are beautifully made with dovetailed corners and sturdy bottoms. The sides extend about 1/2” below the bottoms to allow for the rounded notches which loosely anchor the boxes over crossbars in the metal frame. The boxes are easily lifted from the frame as needed. I was pleasantly surprised that the sturdy frame is a bronze color rather than black. Assembly was a snap though I was glad to have read the review mentioning that the screws should be inserted so that the screwheads are recessed in the dimples in the frame, which should face the outside. The directions did not indicate that detail as I recall.Overall a great and useful piece well worth the cost.

The bamboo trays are so much more aesthetically pleasing than other's plastic carts, and having all black metal parts makes it more sophisticated. Matches my studio perfectly, and holds all my bamboo divider trays full of sketching supplies. Love the locking wheels, too. Will buy more!

Good quality but just a bit small on the height.

Our dining room table was becoming a second office for my husband. This cart has changed that. He can have the items he needs at his finger tips and we can roll the cart aside at meal time. The cart was easy to assembly and the trays are very easy to remove. The bamboo trays are a good quality. I am really pleased with this functional and attractive little cart.

This cart is very functional, easily assembled, attractively designed, sturdy but not heavy, rolls away easily on solid/durable wheels, is classy as a storage cart to maintain frequently-used items near but not on your desk. The feature of removable trays makes access to contents even easier and then back the trays can readily go to the movable rack. I have two!

Product is great, it weighs almost nothing so I was able to carry it upstairs myself and assemble it in less than 20 minutes. Another reviewer said they couldn’t remove the trays once assembled but I would bet they have the two side pieces backwards. They seem to have an “inside” and an “outside” since the screw holes are suppressed or indented on one side but not the other, but the directions do not help you to know which one is which. I assumed the suppressed or indented holes go on the outside and I can move the trays easily even with tightened screws. They are very nicely finished trays. Very happy. Might buy another.
