Press Twice is Lame! - UPDATED
UPDATE: The seller made it right. Great customer service!You have to push the button twice for it to work properly. Frustrating. After you push the first button twice, then you can press just once for any subsequent buttons. It’s almost like you’ve gotta turn it on with the first press.

Terrible Remote - Vendor Responded
Terrible remote. Now I understand why there is a warning that says these are often returned.The "enter" button in the middle is very hard to press and get a response. The "tracking ball" doesn't work at all or jumps many. The mouse comes on by itself.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!The vendor DID answer my questions and comments. Finally they offered to credit my money back. I accepted. That's the end of it. I would rather have a working remote. I'll try someone else because I want a working remote.

Save your money
The clicker's main roller button went below the surface, and to click, I must insert a long nail to get it to work. Not worth the money.

Replacement remote
I received this item with overnight delivery and it worked perfectly right out of the box. All I had to do was put in the batteries.
