Having the charcoal grill for a while now, I am pretty satisfied with my purchase so far.It took about 30 min to assemble,the video from the barcode on the manual made so easy to understand and assemble. I like the size , great for family BBQ event or small party. It's easy to operate, great functionality. Four-burners design ensures efficient heat distribution for the large cooking space.Overall,it's a sturdy unit and great value for money.

This outdoor charcoal and gas combo grill truly exceeded my expectations! The build quality is outstanding—sturdy, durable, and well-crafted, with every detail reflecting high-quality workmanship. The dual-function design is incredibly practical, allowing you to enjoy the smoky flavor of charcoal grilling while also having the convenience of quick and efficient gas cooking. The heat control is precise, ensuring even cooking without burning the food.

Overall I’m impressed. The instruction booklet is not up to date and so there are some areas you need to figure out but it is not difficult at all. There is a video as well that can assist.Lots of room to grill and quality seems to be very good.

I revised the rating from one star to two stars because the manufacturer provided a full refund based on my experienceHorrible!Listed as no assembly required when we ordered it. Came unassembled and the instructions were very poor. You have to be very aware of the parts orientation and look CLOSELY at the diagram. It took about 3-4 hours to assemble and it takes two people to lift the assembly onto the stand. I complained and we received an $80 credit which was fine. Then the problems started:1. Strong odor of propane after turning on the valve at the tank. All dials showed off.2. Tried multiple times to locate the source of the leak. Bought fresh leak solution, no result after checking all of the possible connections. Company only sent me a copy of the leak detection page after complaining.3. Bought a leak detector from Amazon ($26). Showed a significant leak by the metal hose going to the side burner. Disconnected the hose and capped it - still a significant leak. Had to go to multiple stores to find the right cap. Complained again and they said they were going to check with their QC department.4. Every time I turned on the valve at the tank, there was the strong odor of propane. After investigating for over an hour, I identified the problem - the knob for the right side burner was installed upside down, and when it was in the "OFF" position, it was actually "ON". We could have experienced an explosion if we hadn't been careful and turned off the gas at the tank. I requested a credit, the manufacturer offered me a new knob.5 Material is flimsy. I can bend sections of the steel frame by hand.

Love this grill! Whether you're into smoky charcoal or quick gas cooking, it does both like a pro. Durable, portable, and totally worth it for any BBQ lover. My family and my friends enjoy the party.

This is a b!+ch to assemble, took way longer than expected and cannot be done alone. Had to backtrack MULTIPLE times because the instructions were not in the right order or be it wouldn’t fit due to already being screwed together. The handle that lowers the heat on the wood side does not work properly, will probably need to be replaced at some point. Spouse enjoys the duality of cook methods and the space allocated to each. Would recommend if you don’t mind the hassle putting it together but want dual cooking methods.
