I bought this for use in a different notebook besides the Microbook it was designed for. I am happy to report that it's great! A7 size with a dot grid ruling is an absolute unicorn on the market currently so I was thrilled to find an option. The barebones spine does help it lay flat nicely and has the added benefit of making for easy break apart if you want to run it as a thinner book in something else. And you can always apply some book binding tape if you want to shore it up. Every page perforated is another really nice touch. It takes fountain pen ink well enough too. Thrilled with this purchase and I will be stocking up.

Needed a tiny dot grid notebook to carry in a purse and this was perfect! The paper is surprisingly good and handles fountain pen ink very well, even displaying a bit of sheen with some inks. I use these notebook without the cover for the lowest footprint possible. If you also do this, keep in mind that there is no binding on the spine of the notebooks, so I simply wrapped and glued a strip of paper around it and it's been holding up pretty well so far.
