This is a pretty durable and effective product. Its cool that you can connect your Bluetooth to it and get a quick workout to your Playlist, if you don't want to connect it's got some pretty cool sound effects. It is the perfect size and comes with velcro so you can adjust how high you want it. A plus is the gloves it comes with so you don't hurt your knuckles. It charges pretty quickly which is always a plus. Very happy with my purchase.

We love the wall mount boxing machine! We used the Velcro mount and were able to mount with ease. Love that the Velcro tape is long enough to adjust the height of the machine. I like to practice when I go into his room. I do wish there were some cushion protection on the back of the punch pads so it wouldn’t be so loud to use. I have put some adhesive pads on the back myself. It has helped. You should purchase if you’re look for an alternative to a punching bag.

It came with really nice thick pads to protect the wall and a strap to hang it with. We hung it in her room. It’s great for the times she says she bored.
