Perfect for seniors
I just needed a setup for basic arm and leg conditioning. Three leg design super stable even on carpet. I already owned a vintage 5 ft barbell and some weights. This allows me to use them safely. My 6'2" frame fits comfortably on the bench... Assembly required.

Some Assembly Required
This was reasonably priced and well constructed. It came with east to follow directions to assemble. I didn’t use it the first day I had it. After putting it together in a hot and humid garage I felt I had enough exercise for the day.

My husband's Christmas gift last year
I liked that the product was delivered to my front porch. Otherwise, I would not have been able to get this in as a surprise gift for my husband on Christmas morning. I dragged it in and wrapped it up. I'm working on my gift giving abilities! He was totally surprised and has a total gym downstairs. He is pleased with his weight bench.

Decent
Nothing wrong with this bench. I’m 6’2 280lbs and regularly bench 300lbs. Notice complaints about the bench isn’t wide enough but it’s fine for me

Not functional For Incline Barbell Press
The Incline setting puts the bar out of reach. This is fine for flat barbell presses or incline dumbbells but incline barbell is effectively useless.

Seat incline Is Useless
This bench has no squat rack. Trying to do an incline press is difficult, and perilous. The back rest inclines at too steep of an angle. Even on the lowest setting, the barbell rest is behind your head, and the support does not come up high enough to catch the barbell unless you are looking behind the seat. The first time I attempted an incline press I had to drop the barbell behind because I overshot. The rack is also to close to the seat, so it would be easy to drop the bar on your head, even while it rests in the support.As you can tell, I am not a paid reviewer, so i did not give this an artificially rosy review.
