The taste of this liquid is quite herbal and strong, but I’ve found that mixing it with juice helps mask it enough to make it more tolerable. When I started taking this, I coughed up a lot of phlegm. But that’s a good thing. However, it eventually subsided. Overall, I am breathing better. I like that it is in a sublingual form, which is more absorbable than a pill or capsule. While I still cough when I have phlegm, I am coughing far less. I don’t think this stops phlegm from being created, but it seems to help take out the trash when it piles up. My lungs have thanked me for getting it.
