The case is so flimsy, it's the worst I've ever seen. You can't hold the case whilst closing the tray without it flexing, and touching it whilst playing jams the disc, it just isn't fit for purpose. My Liteon drive although not Blu-ray has superior build quality for a fraction of the price. I would recommend the "Archgon Style external 4K-UHD reader Blu-ray writer (reader) USB 3.0 USB-C" instead which IS aluminium and far superior. You also need to budget for software to play Blu-rays and burn discs, as free software just doesn't work.

Ich wollte speziell ein Laufwerk um 4K Filme zu schauen. DVD/BD habe ich schon, aber UHD ist halt noch mal was anderes. Die Auswahl am Markt ist sehr dünn. Die Preis relativ gleich.Dieses Laufwerk von techPulse hat mich interessiert, schon weil es Made in Germany ist. Zumindest zum Teil. Und es liest alles aus! An das MacBook Air mit M1 Proz. via USB-C angeschlossen und sofort erkannt. Aber nur, wenn auch was drin liegt 😉. Direkt eine UHD eingelegt und schwupp wurde die via Player abgespielt. Ohne Diskussion! Der bei der Anleitung empfohlenen Gratisplayer läuft einwandfrei.Das Auslesen von Daten geht sehr schnell von statten. Zumindest schneller wie die anderen Laufwerke, die ich habe. Somit volle Punktzahl und ganz klare Empfehlung. Ich weis nicht warum man sagt, die Lade klemmt. Das läuft alles super. Das Gehäuse stabil, wie man es von einem Mini-Laufwerk erwarten kann.-> Kaufempfehlung.

Gentilmente qualcuno sa dirmi se questo dispositivo si può collegare alla TV e vedere film in blu ray , e cosa bisogna fare? Nel PC mi funziona ma ho dovuto scaricare un programma che mi ha consigliato il libretto d'istruzione. Attento risposte grazie in anticipo .

Comprado para grabar BD tanto en Mac como en Windows 10. No quería un producto oriental como Asux o similar.Que no fuera grande y este lo cumple. Es alemán pequeño y va con usb 3.0.Llegó perfectamente en su caja y bien embalado. Trae 3 tipos de cables para conexión.El que seleccione es el usb 3.0. El dispositivo es de color gris admite M-disc y 4K UltraHD. La lente del laser va por debajo del disco a insertar. Tanto en W10 como en Mac es reconocido sin problemas.Pruebas en Mac:Al introducir el disco hay que HACER PRESION CON DOS DEDOS EN LOS DOS EXTREMOS DE LA CARCASA. Si no vuelve a expulsar el disco.En lecturas es un POCO RUIDOSO sobre todo en CD de audio. Lee sin problemas cualquier disco.En grabacion sin embargo es suave y BAJO DE RUIDO(con un disco BD nuevo). Bastante rápido.Hice una grabación de 22,5 GB a un BD virgen. Hizo la grabación en unos 25 minutos. Si se lanza con verificación de grabación hay que añadir el tiempo de la verificación.Contento en general.
