Scotch Brite products are amazing as always.Easy to use. Does not leave the floor wet.Bit expensive but good product.

The first 2-3 times I used it I was delighted. It's light in weight cleans tiles really well and I did not need to bend to clean the mop between useHowever the lid on the bucket is not very firm. I found out in a few uses. The handle keeps coming off which is ok but the the lid slides up and about when rinsing the mop and I end up having to hold the lid with one hand while rinsing which defeats the whole purpose of hands free. I have to bend to hold the lid down. That's why I cannot give it 5 stars. But the mop is excellent and cleans really well.If you are ok with bending to hold the lid in place then go ahead and buy. But if you cannot bend easily please pass.

Very nice product, light weight and easy to use.As it has wash and dry compartments in the bucket it's easy to clean the mop.We can mop without bending and it reaches all corners due to the 360 degree rotation.

I bought this product on 26th Dec 2020. The product worked fine for 6 months. The mop pad( rectangular) which sticks with velcro attached to the plastic base started falling off. Reason, the velcro strips glued to the plastic base had come off. this is very poor engineering of the product. I fixed the velcro strips with industrial glue. You will find difficulty in buying spare mop pads. often not available. after another 6 months the spin rod broke. No spare rod available. when I contacted 3M customer care for spare rod, I was suggested to buy complete new unit,which speaks about the company's attitude and after sale service. they could not say for sure if spares will be available in future and when. I was asked to raise the issue in an email. They want to waste my time chasing to buy spares. I removed the spin part of the rod and bought a spin part spare of easily available brands on amazon, made some changes and fitted. Not every one can do that, but I did not want to dump the plastic and pollute already polluted city.Foe now I have made it work. I will never buy a product which has no spare available. I will just say buyers to stay away from this product however good it looks.

Worked fine for 3 months. After that the mop head plastic became very slightly warped (maybe because of the tight squeezing function). After that, the mop became unusable as it no longer fits into the squeezing facility because the head is slightly warped.

The media could not be loaded. Clean nicely and easy to use awesome mop
