Not working properly

The hat for what it is works well as a hat. It's soft, colourful, bright and really cosy.The light-up aspect works when it wants to but there is no real way to switch on/off the lights which is a little frustrating as it seems to be random when the lights come on and off. They are also completely sewed onto the hat so is difficult to replace any batteries once they run out. The hat will become a little redundant once the batteries run out.A great hat but the other aspects are a little novel.
