Problem Solved
My grandson has a Compaq 5200 series that was not working at all. Identified that the power supply was shot. I ordered the replacement power supply that meet the proper specification. Now his computer is operating once again. Thanks!

Fair price and performs well.
Purchased to replace a failing power supply in a Compaq desktop. One detail to be mindful of: I did not see a UL logo on this product which would have increased my confidence in its performance

This was a great buy!
About 6 months ago my Compaq Presario SR5250NX began to just shut off without any warning and there would be a green light blinking in the back. After searching high and low for what this meant, I found nothing that explained it or offered anything to fix it. I did find a forum for people with the same problem, where someone suggested using a hair dryer to get it started again, which worked, however, after 5 months of this, I couldn't take it any longer. I did more research and found that it could possibly be my power supply. I ordered this, installed it in less than 30 minutes and my computer works beautifully! This unit is a little louder than the original but I can deal with that for having the computer work again. It was easy for me to install and it fit perfectly. This was a great buy for me!

Fast delivery, Works Very Well
Very fast delivery. It installed very easily in spite of some potential wire ID problems. Only gripe is its noisier than the original power supply, but not so loud as to be annoying.

Compaq replacement power supply
When it's new it's great.. let's wait a few months and see.. They should send these review like, 6 months after you use the product.. when it doesn't work anymore.

Old per supply for Compaq Presario SR5200 Series burnt out and the new one work pretty good. dose what it suppose to do

Standard PS Works well (Wish it had an off/on switch on the unit but most do not any more. Added expense perhaps)
