The best case ever! - iPad Air M3
This case is truly amazing! It feels way better than the outdated overpriced dinosaur floppy mess which doesn't even stay flush against the screen $79.99 apple folio - apple needs to retire that style -yesterdayThis case feels so much better! I can fold it 4 ways very easily. I use vertical for reading the news with coffee - or documents. Right now, I am on the lowest angle - 37° I believe? That one took me a minute to figure out. But it's great for writing w/ the Apple Pencil pro. The light blue is gorgeous! No fingerprints!I wanted lightweight. i cannot stand heavy cases. For me, it defeats the purpose of getting an iPad Air.My only experience with folios, or cases in general , has been the apple folioWhat a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!!! his feels SO LUXURIOUS!! It’s also VERY VERSATILE AND STURDY!I leave it on the arm of the couch or my lap and I don’t feel like I have to keep my hand on it anymoreI tried another case that is similar but touts on about all the different ways it could fold Honestly, it didn’t make a difference to me. The other options were too much because many of them are at the same angle.. so there’s no real point …This one feels sturdier, yet lighter. I love the pencil flap. The other one makes you buy a pencil holder and it’s only for a specific size and that’s it’s. Very disappointingThis product is my new go to and I’m buying more for different colors and back up. Plus, doesn’t it make the PERFECT GIFT???Customer service is world class. Very responsive and super caring, helpful, and want to do anything to help.Good customer service is very hard to come by these days. I appreciate it when it happens because it is a rarity. This also adds to the reason that I will be a forever customer.!Thanks Pitaka!!!!!!

Case for a iPad Pro 11in M4
I'm a fan of Pataka cases. I've bought several for my phones and since I just bought the iPad, I thought I'd try them for this too. I didn't want a keyboard and wasn't a big fan of Apples folio so I looked elsewhere. Pataka to the rescue!!Very well made case. I love the magnetic closure strap for the pencil. I holds it in place well and when you unfold it, it snaps into place on the case as it's magnetic too. That way it's not flapping around in the way.The case folds in several positions. to landscape and horizontal viewing and also aids in holding the iPad in your hand so your hand doesn't ache as often.I think there are 4 different ways for it to fold but haven't really spent the time figuring out the ins and outs of them all. I just use it and enjoy it!It's a bit expensive maybe but looks and feels like it will last and both phones I used the phone covers on show zero wear after a year of use on each one.

Material seems thicker than the Apple version
The color blue is more like a light gray with a tint of blue. The material seems thicker than the version that Apple makes. I’m not crazy about the way the back folds to support the iPad in either landscape or portrait mode. This product meets its needs and that is just to provide a cover.Would I buy it again? Maybe, but probably No.

The Pitaka MagEZ Folio 2 over Apple Smart Folio?
In the world of “folio” style iPad cases, the Pitaka MagEZ Folio 2 for iPad Pro is a breath of fresh air. After using Apple’s Smart Folio for years I've always wondered why its shortcomings keep returning iteration after iteration with no obvious solutions. So how does the Pitaka MagEZ Folio 2 stack up?Visually this case is stunning. Very slim and stylish, this product is stealthy enough not to be overly loud and unprofessional yet still catch your attention. I have had a few people in passing ask what I was using when I brought it out in the field with me. The high-quality materials such as scratch-resistant polyurethane leather make it feel like a premium product and give it a sense of durability that most folios lack. The black is sleek but I love that it also comes in white. At the time of purchase the white was unfortunately unavailable. Now for the features, there are two specifics that I’ve always wanted in a folio style case and Pitaka delivers on both of them. First is the Apple Pencil holder. My previous folio cases basically ignored the pencil all together, making it not the best solution for a designer. This one has a little magnetic flap that holds the pencil securely so I don't have to worry so much about it popping off and getting lost. If this saves me from losing one pencil at $129 US it's already more than paid for itself. And for days when I’m not toting the pencil around, Pitaka engineered a little recess where the flap can easily fold out of the way. Attention to detail is key.Now for the main stand out feature that I’ve been asking for for years. The Pitaka MagEZ Folio 2 not only has two standing orientations but also varying degrees of tilt. This feature is essential for me and makes this accessory a must have. Apple’s Magic Keyboard and Smart Folio don't even offer the option for portrait orientation. While the Magic Keyboard does tilt to some degree, I cannot use it easily with the Apple Pencil very well and forget about trying to do any design work. The flip top cover also wakes the device which is a feature that you don't realize how important it is till you use a folio that doesn't include it.The Pitaka MagEZ Folio 2 can do 4 degrees of tilt, one for portrait 3 three for landscape. In portrait it can do a 62 degree angle which I find very useful for reading or scrolling through web pages. In landscape this folio can do 34 degrees for drafting or drawing work which I find to be super comfortable. But also it can sit at 57 or 53 degrees. I found these angles great for video calls or Facetime. When I’m getting a little bit of glare at one angle I can quickly swap to the other angle and it usually alleviates the problem. Now I’ve used the MagEZ Case 2 and MagEZ Stand for a long time now (would kill for the MagEZ Pro and wireless charging stand) at home and I was worried if there would be compatibility issues. I’m happy to report that they work flawlessly together. The design team obviously made an effort for compatibility and they fit so well together that it brought a smile to my face. Now for the price, at $59 at time of writing I feel its more than fair. The Apple Smart Folio is $79 and offers less in terms of functionality. Sure they have more of a variety of colors but if color is more important than function to you, why are you reading a review? You would be hard pressed to find a folio style case that has so much to offer and is made of such premium feeling materials at this price. In conclusion, I’ve had a number of Pitaka products over the years and while I have not always been in love with them, they have made consistent improvements year after year. I don't believe in being a brand fanboy and I explore products from everyone whenever something new comes out. But for a while now I can say that all roads have lead me to Pitaka. From my iPhone 14 Pro Max to my iPad Pro I have found that almost exclusively all my needs have been met by their products without compromise. I recommended the The Pitaka MagEZ Folio 2 for its durability and versatility.

Best iPad case
It’s awesome! No complaints. If you want a thin, lightweight case, get this!!

Good build quality, thin and lightweight.
Solid build quality and lightweight. It doesn't protect the edges or secure the pencil--a tradeoff with it being thin and lightweight. The reason I dinged it a star: I really wish it had an additional setting for being more upright--something closer to 35º
