Glad I made this purchase. If you are taking the time to make bread, then you should spend the money on this the finish the job correctly.

This works great for my sourdough loaves! The quality is great and I love the storage case for it!

As I develop my baking skills, I get more accessories and I saw this nice lame set and got it. It's wonderful because it has it's own case to keep the extra blades and the tool together, as well as a couple of finger gloves to protect your fingers from the razor when replacing or adjusting the blade. Fits right in my baking supplies drawer - Recommended!

This wooden handled bread lame is great! I love that it comes in a nice heavy plastic case to keep everything together! It is a complete set, too. It has the handle, ten blades, 2 finger sleeves and a sheath. The directions for installing the blade are right on the back of the case so they won’t get lost and installation was easy. I like that they keep safety in mind and provide the finger sleeves. This tool is easy to use and comfortable to hold. It is easy to clean and works great!

This comes in a nice case, seems to be high-quality, etc etc. Unfortunately the way the holder bends the razor blade makes it actually more difficult top score bread than just holding the blade with your fingers.
