The mouthwash coated my mouth sores better. This one helped a tiny bit but it wasnt consistent and didnt long when it worked. I had 3 mouth sore next to each other so the pain was pretty intense. I recommend the mouth wash.

This sprayer only did a straight stream, NO SPRAY! I've used the canker-x Rincinol gel in a tube for years & it helps canker sores. This bottle with sprayer was a waste of my money! I already threw out the box so can't return it now. I do NOT recommend this spray one at all.

I endured horrible, constant burning pain for nearly 2 weeks on the inside of my top right lip. It rubbed my teeth 24/7. I was so desperate I even tried Neosporin Pain ointment (which is not meant for inside mouth & didn't work.) The relief from my first use of this spray was instantaneous. NO PAIN!! I've been using it for 3 days (twice a day) & spot is nearly gone. The spray nozzle is easy to use. I saw in these reviews some poeple had trouble "aiming" it correctly. Simply touch, gently, the sore spot and spray....perfect hit!! Don't think I have any higher praises for it
