Works as described. It takes some practice to get the brows right. And the wax can be messy when it starts to cool off. Quite cost effective. I can probably use it for four times over my face.

I have waxed myself before successfully and decided to try this out. It is terrible, it does nothing. Harsh on the skin without removing any hair. The finish oil does nothing to get rid of the wax. This product is a mess and the amount of cloth strips and wooden sticks relative to amount of wax is so severely off. PLEASE go to a professional. This product does NOT work even a little bit.

I have used Sally Hansen wax for my lip and chin for many years so I've been through several changes to the formula during that time. I have to say, this latest improvement is by far the best. In the past I had to apply the wax a couple of times to get all the hair and sometimes even then I couldn't get it all. Now, one application and all the hair is gone. So much faster and less frustrating now.I hope they don't change it again!

Ok so as another reviewer said , I purchased this to try because the sally one I usually buy has gone up a lot in price. I knew it was t gonna have the lotion the other one does but I have a lot left over from previous purchases. This one comes with oil wipes that are suppose to remove left over wax. They do work but u only get 4. I use this for eyebrows and lip so 4 large wipes won’t last the life of the wax, This one did what it’s says it will, it is thinner than it’s more expensive counterpart even after I applied 2 layers. It is also a little stringy which I find the other not to be as much. Over all I’m satisfied with my purchase at this price but still would purchase it counter part if its price came down a bit. This is a great reasonable counter option.

Used once and it took a long time to get part of the wax melted enough to barely be able to use. Tried again today and after microwaving in intervals for at least 20-30 min it still would not melt. Even tried placing in a bowl with water around it and microwaving to distribute the heat. Still hard after 10min total time in microwave.I used this product for years previously but they've changed the formulation and it's useless now.

This used to be my go to wax kit but they have changed the product and it is horrible. Firstly they no longer provide a stir stick that tells you when the wax is ready so you just have to guess and hope you don’t burn yourself. Secondly they used to give you a slanted stick that you applied the wax with that was perfect for getting into small spots and could be accurate now they just give you a regular popsicle stick that makes it so difficult to apply. Thirdly the wax its self is now horrible. It doesn’t dry fully it stays sticky so it is a nightmare to pull off. Also the size of the product has shrunk the jar is so tiny and hardly filled with wax. I have used it twice and it’s almost gone the old jar size would last me about a year. I have been doing my eyebrows for 15 years with the old waxing kit without issue now it is so hard to be precise and I end up taking off half my brow just super disappointed.
