I got this as an exact replacement for a frying pan I bought many years ago. They really are excellent for frying, non stick and easy to wash. Very hard wearing, I can't remember when we got the previous one but quite a long time ago. Considering how well it lasts, great value for money.

A fantastic quality wok. Does exactly what it claims to do. Looks great as well. I've used it a half dozen times so far and no sticking. Cook up a dish then simply wipe clean. Very happy with this purchase.

I was gifted an amazingly lovely pan by my son. It is a lovely thing, has a lid, and I make most things requiring a meat, veg, sauce in it. It was very expensive. Alas, it is a pain to cook eggs in! So, a bacon and egg pan that didn’t cause a meltdown was essential.I’m still reserving full judgement on this coppery pan. Yes, it is easy to clean, and yes, it does do eggs ok. Meaty things, I really have to watch, it seems to want to burn them, salmon darnes, didn’t look right! So far I’m only using it for sausages ( very carefully) and fried eggs, which I like to do with a cover, so have to improvise. It was reasonably priced, so I’m ok with using it for such a few things. I’m still using my fancy pan for nearly everything else. Durability, no idea, haven’t had it long enough. Oh, and it is light enough for me to handle without being silly light, and handle is comfortable. Yes, good as an extra pan! 4 stars.

Unfortunately my previous JML copper stone pan finally reached a stage, after many years of sterling service, where a new pan was needed and given how long it had lasted I was pleased to be able to purchase the same pan again. In all the time I've been cooking this has to be just about the best frying pan I've used. It has outlasted all the others, is very scratch resistant and genuinely non stick. This is always assuming that the pan is looked after properly and cleaned appropriately.It's been a great size for family cooking but isn't too big for smaller households. As well as it's obvious use for frying I also use it for cooking bolognaise style dishes as well as stews, paellas and even soups, anything that requires a bit of direct heat but doesn't need a long cooking time. For all these dishes it has been fantastic and I'm looking forward to continuing to cook with a pan I know I can trust.Highly recommended.

I always use some oil for frying and I am very happy with this pan. It is good to read the instructions on the pan packaging and adapt to it, and then the pan will serve you well and for a long time. I have mine a two months and still work fantastic.

There is nothing I don't like about this pan. Nothing sticks to it and it's easy to clean. Sturdy looking and stylish too

Bisher ist die Pfanne 1A! Sieht exakt so aus wie auf dem Bild. Es existiert übrigens auch eine sehr ähnliche Pfanne von DecoExpress (mit dem Unterschied, dass sie ein wenig heller ist), die ich auch erworben und bewertet habe. Deswegen ist die Bewertung sehr ähnlich!Optik:Die Holzoptik und das Muster der Pfanne machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Auch die besondere Form des Deckels, also dessen Griffs, ist sehr schön und auch praktisch, da dieser selbst stehen kann. Auch der Rand in Kupferoptik ist sehr interessant. Ist bestimmt ein Highlight in der Küche!Qualität:Die Pfanne hält die Versprechen vom Hersteller bisher ein! Wir verwenden jetzt bedeutend weniger Öl, wenn auch wir nicht komplett darauf verzichten, da es mit Öl auch etwas schneller geht und es auch etwas besser schmeckt. Anbrennen tut nichts mehr, und abwaschen ist ein Klacks! Auch der Wärmespeicherboden ist praktisch, er wirkt aber keine Wunder. Trotzdem hält er länger warm als normale Pfannen. Ich vermute, er dient auch als Ersatz für den nur 4cm dicken Boden! Pfannkuchen sind damit echt ein Knaller! Es ist ein tolles Gefühl, Pfannkuchen ohne Öl zu machen! :DAuf amazon.com gab es Leute, bei denen die Pfanne nach 2 Monaten kaputt ging. Falls das bei mir auch eintritt, werde ich die Bewertung selbstverständlich abändern!Gruß Sebi!

das klebt einfach alles fest. habe mich leider blenden lassen.ich würde sie nicht wieder kaufen, muss sie wohl entsorgen...
