Software glitches, malfunctions
Bought the system March 8, 2019. Have had an IT Tech out 3 times to correct the software glitches. System will fail to allow the live feed, won't allow you to view on my mobile phone, refuses to allow you to view on a computer, it just seems to be a hassle. I had a IT tech come back out a 4th time, he spent hours going through the software issues, got it working again, it worked 2 weeks and it is down again. They send the upgrades which messes up the software which causes the system to stop working, AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! so frustrating to spend 1500.00 and not have a decent working system.......Will probably lose 1500.00, but will buy a different system.

Small coverage area
Bought these for a manufacturing shop. We’re gonna need twice as many as we previously thought. Wish the lens had a little more ‘fish-eye’ for a more efficient coverage area.
