Convenient and easy to use

I'm not a peppermint fan, at all. But this wasn't bad. I have a malabsorption disorder so I needed a way to continue getting my vitamins and spray vitamins are it!!

I REALLY like this product. Its easy to take vs swallowing pills or chewing a bunch of gummies. Its peppermint with just a hint of sweet. Daily dose is 3 sprays so it barely lasts 1 mos for the high cost. Its the size of a travel sixeze antibac spray bottle 1. If it came in a 2 mos larger option and came down in price it would be more attractive for me to repurchase for sure.

Unlike regular vitamins, the spray doesn't hurt my stomach. Will definitely be purchasing more!

Mom loves loves! Easy to use!

I don't like swallowing pills or capsules so this provided an attractive alternative. The spray pump works well, the mist tastes good, and it seems like an efficient way to deliver Vit D into the bloodstream. I haven't been monitoring my blood levels of 25(OH)vit D so I can't vouch for it's effectiveness, but the collabortion between BetterYou and U. Cardiff, plus other UK universities and hospitals, gives me confidence in their claims.

My vitamin D levels are always low and I hate taking pills. This was the perfect fix.

I truly appreciate a decent spray vitamin....but to not stretch the full 30 days is NOT acceptable. This 2nd bottle lasted THE SAME as the 1st bottle-- ONLY 22 days! I used the 3 sprays/dose, and got shorted both bottles. I've not been able to check my D3 levels yet, and probably won't, as I'm not going to order any more of this product...not enough value for the money. Sad, it would be terrific if it actually gave you all the promised doses.

I have been using this brand for years. Easy to use spray with a pleasant taste. It also has Vitamin K which is needed to absorb Vitamin D. My only issue is that quite often the pump stops working with a build from a build of the liquid in the tube. I've been told that when this happens you need to wash out the tube inside, which sometimes works.

This is easy to use and convenient to use on the move . Lightweight so easy to take on your travels.Value for money & hopefully will improve my Vit D levels

Second purchase of this spray, so obviously I'm happy with it!I discovered I had a Vitamin D deficiency after developing scalp psoriasis for the first time in my life, for which I was prescribed a topical Vitamin D lotion. That was so effective that I wondered whether some other issues I was having could be related to Vitamin D deficiency. Looked them up, and they could! It's hard to overdose on vitamin D unless taking megadoses so I decided to try this daily supplement. Sure enough, all sorts of problems started clearing up. I had been experiencing chronic extreme fatigue and had no help from GP after thyroid and iron tests came back in normal range. But after a few weeks of this supplement my energy levels are getting back to normal, and I feel more 'me'.The taste is a very sweet and slightly minty, rather like toothpaste. Personally not keen as I don't like sweet things, but it's perfectly tolerable for 3 sprays. The bottle seems to last me for about a month to six weeks and it is easy to include it in the morning routine.

I liked the ease with which I can use this product, I'm not a big fan of taking tablets so this spray was a great solution and the taste was very nice as well.
