I love this holy book

Without a doubt, this is a great book. Excellent in-depth translation. Good formatting. I think these books should be on my bookshelf. The book contains an explanation of terms and phrases so that the reader can understand the full depth of the ancient text. I'm pleased with the purchase. Alas, I didn’t read it long enough, it’s the kind of book that, after reading a few pages it takes a couple of days to understand. However, owning this publication calms me; sometimes, I re-read some chapters. I think it will help me in my study of world religions.

I am from a different faith, but with so many people in my life with this faith, I wanted to learn. I found that this is certainly not for beginners. It isn't translated into our English so that we could read it and understand. It is in very old English, and I don't even have my own Bible in this version. It was just too hard for me to follow to decide it was worth the study. Sorry.

I have wanted to read the Quran for quite a while. The book was clear and well translated. However, it was interesting that some words were written in an old style (createth, measureth, bringeth). I will reread the book again soon. Highly recommend.

I tried to read this but it was very strangely written and difficult to follow. It may help for the author to orient the reader to the unique verbiage, obscurity of messaging, etc. Definitely not something for a newbie who's trying to understand the Quran.

I found the version easy to search in Kindle and well laid out. However, the version is similar to the King James Version of the Bible. The use of hath, shouldst, ye, enjoineth, whence, cometh result in some difficulties making more current versions, available on-line, a better choice.As background, I understood the history of the translation and believed it would be a good resource. However, I would recommend English readers look for a different , more modern version.

While the translation is clear, it doesn’t offer any background or deeper meanings of the verses. This book might be good for those already familiar with the Quran, but it’s not very helpful for someone like me who is just starting out.

I found this book difficult to follow due to its strange writing style and obscure messaging. It would benefit from better orientation for readers, especially those new to understanding the Quran.
