This three piece Samsonite luggage set is truly great and well worth the money. They are sturdy, and comes in the three very important sizes each serving a specific purpose.Starting with the largest suitcase that can hold enough clothes for an extended cruise, international travel, or a family of three for a weekend getaway. The mid-sized bag is the standard luggage size, but the layout is better than most, including placing the divider panel so that when you unzip it, it lays outside of the bag instead of clumped in the middle like most bags. The smallest bag is carry on size, and has a feature that most bags in that size range does not have which is two carry handles, one on top and one on the side. Really good looking and functional luggage set. Easy rolling and TSA locks on 24" bag. Goosd storage in both bags, and appear to be able to withstand airline travel adequately. Unfortunately there is no handle or holder to assist with storing carry-on in the overhead on air or rail. A great color to easily ID at luggage retrieval area. Have not traveled with these yet, but will update once used.

When I bought this 4 years ago I couldnt complain about the price. It was very affordable. I was worried to see how long it would last me. I know buying luggage is like a gamble. One thing you dont want is the zipper or wheel breaking on you while you're on your travel.One of the big luggage only lasted me 4 years. One of the wheels if ready to come off. Im trying to save it before I have to buy a new one. The other 2 is still going strong. I have no issues at all.Would I reccomend this? The price im seeing now has definitely gone way up. Im not sure if they upgraded or not. I know 4 years ago I will say this is definitely worth to buy if it was the same price as I bought 4 years ago.

The medium (24") is the perfect size in my opinion. We bought the Large (28") and the carry on (19") last summer. The large is almost too big, good for a 10 day trip, it would be easy to overfill the Large, causing overweight charge at the airport. These are great, seem durable, we have 1 trip with the large and carry-on. I wanted the medium, I probably could have saved a bit of $$ buying the 3 pc set. This is our first set of hard side luggage.....we will see. Easy to maneuver, smooth, well built Samsonite. We have had previous Samsonite soft side sets.

This suitcase held up amazingly on our recent trip throughout the Mediterranean! We dragged it over a kilometer uphill on a cobblestone road in Turkey, checked it onto several flights, pulled it throughout Athens, and even into the metro on our way to the airport. The wheels worked well, despite the occasional snag on the uneven pavement, and the handles held up well, despite the heavy load. I'd read that the wheels broke easily, but that was NOT our experience. Loved the design, and it was great value for money.

I love these hard-shell suitcases. They are pretty easy to spot on the luggage carousel at the airport, because of their color. My clothes stay in place in the case so that they are not getting all wrinkled. They are easy to roll and have been very durable. They are very light weight to help you ensure that your bags aren't overweight.
