These are very comfortable. Run a little big so as an adult woman I purchased the M. These are a gentle reminder to keep your mouth closed. Not taping it shut but remind you to keep it closed. They are a bandaid like material but remove easy without pain. Highly recommend.

I don’t know what it’s supposed to stick on, but it doesn’t stick on your beard or your face. I washed it with alcohol and it still would not stick unreliable product plus it was too small on top of it all I do not recommend you buy this product due to the effective Two small and does not stick buyer beware

Recommended by my myofunctional therapist since it actually activates your muscles instead of just having the tape hold your lips together. I used to use 3m surgical tape (a small, vertical strip as adviced in Breath by James Nestor) to allow for airflow on the sides, but it felt restrictive and there’s something about having your mouth taped shut that’s disconcerting when you’re trying to fall asleep. I love that you can mouth breath if you absolution need to with this tape, and it’s really nice to be able to still talk. It’s also less restrictive/confusing/alarming than tape if I happen to wake up in the night.When this tape works well it’s practically perfect, and when it doesn’t work well it’s because I had lotion or chapstick preventing it from sticking. It helps to cleanse the area first, press on firmly, and then apply chapstick or lotion after it’s stuck on properly. I haven’t had any breakouts or irritation and find the adhesive to be just right— so long as my skin is lotion-free before applying!I recently had my tongue tie released and between that procedure, myofuntional therapy, and mouth tape, I’m breathing easy for the first time in my life. I’m working with an airway dentist to expand my airway for a permanent solution (going to take a while), but in the mean time I’m grateful for this tape! She recommended a nasal strip, Xclear xylitol spray, and mouth taping every night. It’s been a total game changer for me and my family members who have been willing to try.

Size large. Works very well. No mouth breathing, but was able to drink with a straw when I forgot an evening pill. I can also speak if needed. Tape stays on all night. I follow the instructions to not wear moisturizer in the area and to stretch the tape slightly when applying it. It is a bit uncomfortable to remove but no rash or lasting redness.

I can’t imagine how this product would work for the majority of users. The adhesive is on the weaker side (a plus, I suppose, for removing in the morning). The fact that you can still talk with it on is its greatest strength and its primary weakness. If you’re going to leave the mouth area uncovered, that adhesive had better be as strong as gorilla glue. Otherwise, I’m guessing most of you will go through periods of mouth breathing during the night. Perhaps it won’t be as bad as if you hadn’t worn the myotape, but it’s still there. My morning breath wasn’t as bad when sleeping with the myotape, but not nearly as good as sleeping with 3M micropore tape. You also need to know that this product is not returnable. Caveat emptor!

Product is perfect. Does exactly what I need it to do.Delivery was and usually is atrocious!!! We are in a multiple business building and have it noted and put have it as part of the address that our packages are to be delivered to the address at the BACK of the building. Because drivers can’t read my order was delayed getting to me for 5 days. Unacceptable. This happens probably 35% of the time.
