Suitable for PGST PG103, PG105, PG107, PG108, A01 Alarm Host

Not sure why anyone would return this product. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Few tips when setting it up: - You can lock the device from unauthorised disarming from the panel by 'locking the keyboard'goto main menu, settings, password - and enter a 4 digit number. Then goto Settings, switch, toggle 'lock keyboard'. - number the magnetic contacts with a pencil as per the 'zone' numbers in the settings in the 'sensor' section before installing them. then you can name the contacts as per their position in the house using the phone app. - The PIR sensors aren't the best in coverage. They are good for smaller rooms, but not bigger hallways.... I ordered 5 of these as I use them elsewhere in the house. It's great fun learning all this as you go. The device itself work perfect.

Happy with this wireless alarm system. Easy to set up and use

Bought to replace an ancient wired house alarm. Found instructions confusing. There are multiple sensors and multiple zones, but their numbers are not matched. I fitted PIR sensors and have no way of knowing which is which. You do not get an on-screen indication of them working to test them. The only way to check they are actually paired with the control box to set the alarm off. One has never worked. The magnetic door/window sensors do not fit well with rounded double-glazed windows and doors as when fitted to the only flat surfaces the magnetic gap is too far apart do I had to fit them on spacers. Also the wired siren lead is ridiculously short - too short to mount anywhere than next to the control unit. PGST won’t tell me how to convert to use my existing outside wall mounted old siren and light. The mobile phone app is confusing as is says Device Alarming all the time even when disarmed. Instructions don’t make it clear that unless you set a password and lock screen option, anyone can simply disable by pressing a panel button.

Whats the point of an alarm system that someone can just turn of by pressing disarm on the control panel??????? no way of lockiong it, I even contacted customer services about it, and they told me how to set it up, and guess what, no different, just press disarm and its stopped, POINTLESS. sending it back for a full refund. back to searching

Work fine with a wireless alarm system, easily connected to the panel. Very good price.
